We have been performing home inspections since 1987, making us one of the oldest outfits in the State. Our home inspections are performed by Mike Ray (State License #HI-006) and James (Buck) Durham, P.E. (State License #HI-026) in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice, following their Code of Ethics. With more than 50 years of combined experience, Mike and Buck can quickly put any home into proper perspective for you and explain the positive and negative aspects of the home in layman’s terms. Our reports are computer generated and available the next day following the inspection. We provide accurate cost estimates of repair based on our experiences in construction and our close relationships with building contractors, electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians. We welcome your attendance and participation in the inspection. If structural issues are discovered, we can perform additional inspection techniques above the ASHI standards to assist our engineers in assessing the problems.
